A Bemus Point woman will appear in court on a DWI charge in the Town of North Harmony. Chautauqua County Sheriff's officers saw a vehicle fail to signal a turn from South Maple Street onto Route 394 at about 10:45 PM on Saturday, May 27th. Deputies stopped the vehicle and after an investigation, charged 61-year-old Peggy Weston with DWI and failure to signal a turn. Weston will answer the charges in North Harmony Town Court.
