A vehicle complaint in the Town of Pomfret led to a drunk driving charge against a North Collins man. Chautauqua County Sheriff's officers saw the suspect vehicle speeding on Route 60 shortly after 8:15 PM Monday. Deputies stopped the vehicle, and after an investigation, they charged 39-year-old Jason Brennan with DWI, speeding, and refusing a pre-screen breath test. Brennan will appear in Pomfret Town Court at a later date.
