A 61-year-old Ashville man has been charged after Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies responded to a trespass complaint in the town of Harmony Sunday night. Deputies say they found that Randall Lawergren was trespassing on the property of a home on Button Valley Road without permission to do so around 11:30 pm. Lawergren has been charged with trespass and will appear in Harmony Town Court at a later date to answer the charge.
