A Dunkirk man is facing a drunk driving charge after getting pulled over Saturday evening in the Town of Pomfret. Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies stopped 37-year-old Douglas Baldwin for speeding on Route 60 just before 8:00 PM. Deputies say Baldwin was later determined to be intoxicated. He was charged with DWI, speeding, and consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle, and is scheduled to appear in Pomfret Town Court at a later date.
