A 20-year-old Jamestown man has been charged with driving while ability impaired by alcohol after a report of a person in the roadway on I-86 in the town of Poland on Tuesday. State Police in Jamestown say that troopers responded to the call and took the individual into custody. They also determined that the driver of the vehicle in which the subject was the passenger, Brandin Sholin, displayed signs of impairment and was placed under arrest after several standard field sobriety tests. Sholin was taken to SP Jamestown where he provided a positive breath result. He'll appear in Poland Town Court at a later date.
