A 62-year-old Clymer man has a court date after he got into a fight with someone on Monday. Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies responded to the altercation on Raspas Hill Road in the Town of Clymer at about 4:45 PM. After further investigation, Martin Winkler was charged with 2nd-degree harassment. Winkler is due to appear in Clymer Town Court at a later date.
