A 21-year-old Stockton man will appear in court after he allegedly unlawfully entered someone's home Wednesday night. A brief investigation by Chautauqua County Sheriff's officers revealed that Cody Dickerson entered the home in Stockton at about 9:15 PM. Dickerson was issued an appearance ticket for 2nd-degree criminal trespass.
