An Irving woman will appear in court after she got nabbed for drunk driving early Tuesday morning. Chautauqua County Sheriff's officers pulled over 22-year-old Denise Bennett for a traffic violation on Routes 5 and 20 just before 1:45 AM. Further investigation found that Bennett was allegedly intoxicated. She is scheduled to appear in Hanover Town Court on charges of DWI and moving from lane unsafely.
