A Silver Creek man has been charged with aggravated unlicensed operation after a traffic stop on Hanover Road in the town of Hanover early Sunday morning. Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies say they pulled over a vehicle driven by 24-year-old Jacob Seeley for having no working tail lamps. During the stop, deputies found that Seeley had a suspended drivers license. Seemly was ticketed for AUTO 3rd and inadequate tail lamps. He was released to a licensed driver and will appear in Hanover Town Court at a later date.
