A 52-year-old Brocton woman is facing aggravated unlicensed operation in the 3rd degree after a traffic stop on Lake Avenue in the village of Brocton early Monday morning. Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies say Deneen Riforgiato was stopped for operating a vehicle with a suspended registration. During the traffic stop, it was also found that Riforgiato's license was suspended. Riforgiato will appear in Brocton Village Court at a later date.
