A Brocton woman has a court date after she was allegedly found driving while intoxicated in the Town of Portland last week. Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies pulled over a vehicle operating with less than two headlights on Lake Avenue just before 8:15 PM Thursday, January 19th. Following an investigation, 28-year-old Jacquelyn Smith was charged with DWI and operating with less than two headlights. Smith will answer the charges in Portland Town Court.
