A man from Neversink, New York has been charged with DWI and other charges after his vehicle was observed crossing over the center line on Route 394 in the town of Chautauqua early Christmas Eve morning. 24-year-old Travis Vankeuren was found to be intoxicated by Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies and was taken into custody. He's been charged with fail to keep right, DWI and DWI per se. Vankeuren will appear in Chautauqua Town Court at a later to answer the charges.
