A Sherman man is facing several charges including DWI after a traffic stop on Park Street in the village of Sherman shortly after midnight Thursday. Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies say they stopped a vehicle driven by 58-year-old Kevin Biehls for observed violations. He was arrested and charged with DWI, DWI per se having .08 percent of higher blood alcohol content, open container of alcohol in the motor vehicle along with other violations. Biehls was processed and released with citiations directing him to appear in Sherman Town Court at a later date.
