Four people have been charged in connection with underage drinking incidents that occurred in Gowanda last month. Gowanda Police say a 14-year-old female was found passed out from intoxication at on South Water Street on November 25th. Officers later responded to another report of a highly intoxicated female on Buffalo Street. According to police, 22-year-old Timothy Isles of Dunkirk, 19-year-old Roscoe Henhawk of Gowanda, and 19-year-old Luis Acevedo and 20-year-old Rico Acevedo, both of Fredonia, provided the location to the two girls. All four were charged with unlawfully dealing with a child and child endangerment, while Isles was additionally charged with 2nd-degree criminal nuisance. All four were arraigned in Collins Town Court. Isles is being held on $1,50 bail, while the other three are being held on $1,000 bail.
