State Police have charged a Forestville man with DWI after a traffic stop early Sunday morning in the Town of Sheridan. Troopers pulled over 35-year-old Andrew Studely on Route 20 for a traffic violation. They say Studely failed several field sobriety tests and registered a BAC of .14%, nearly twice the legal limit. Studely was issued tickets and is scheduled to appear in Sheridan Town Court in January.
