A Cassadaga man has been charged with aggravated DWI after he was stopped for speeding on Route 60 in the town of Pomfret early Saturday morning. Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies stopped the vehicle that was being driven by 30-year-old Marlowe Reuther. Following an investigation, deputies arrested Reuther, charging him with aggravated DWI-blood alcohol content .18 percent or greater, DWI, and speed in zone. Reuther will answer his charges in Pomfret Town Court.
