A Cheektowaga man has been charged with DWAI after a traffic stop on Route 5 and 20 in the town of Hanover on November 12. Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies say they found 37-year-old Jason Thomson to be driving with a suspended registration. Further investigation led to Thomson being charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs. Thomson will answer the charges in Hanover Town Court.
