A Dunkirk woman is facing several charges including DWI following a traffic stop on November 13. Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies say they observed a vehicle driven by 34-year-old Christen Michalek fail to dim her high beams on South Roberts Road in the town of Sheridan. Further investigation led to Michalek being charged with DWI, DWI Per Se, and fail to dim highbeans. Michalek will answer the charges in Sheridan Town Court.
