A Silver Creek man was charged with drunk driving following a traffic stop on Central Avenue in Silver Creek. Chautauqua County Sheriff's officers pulled over 58-year-old Timothy Rocque just after 11:30 PM Thursday. An investigation found that Rocque was allegedly driving his vehicle while intoxicated. Rocque was charged with DWI, aggravated DWI, and moving from lane unsafely, and is due to appear in Silver Creek Village Court at a later date.
