Chautauqua County Sheriff's officers charged an Erie, Pennsylvania man with DWI in the Town of Mina on Saturday. Shortly after 9:00 PM, deputies pulled over a vehicle driven by 24-year-old Michael Wright for a traffic violation on West Mina Road. An investigation found that Wright was allegedly intoxicated. Along with DWI, Wright was charged with refusal to take a pre-breath test and moving from lane unsafely, and he is due to appear in Mina Town Court at a later date.
